New season – new everything. What makes you look really different?
Not the new trend or make up, it is the hair that changes the entire image. When you need to become first no matter what and get the maximum, hit the jackpot and get to the top 10 what helps is … hairstyle!
When a woman changes her hair style she changes her vision on the world as whole – just pick the right one and career success, interesting men and “she is fantastic!” status will come right into your hands. Be ahead everyone else and pick your killer weapon!
Fall is the hottest season in the world of fashion.
Freshest tendencies right from the Fashion Weeks catwalks will assure fashion-conscious women to be the first ones to try ‘it’ on before every other celebrity tries the hairstyle.
One of the easiest and most obvious ways is changing your hair color. This seasons hair color trends are more natural than ever - colorful, chunky streaks are out; dimensional earth tones - in.
The most popular blonde will be the expensive look with natural finish. That means weaving different shades: from sable to mink and vanilla through the hair. The new blonde is always paired with lowlights. Tone-on-tone coloring - like blonde on blonde - adds smart sophistication to any shading.
And who said blondes were stupid?

The only false step was with the teetering, multi-coloured python-skin shoes,
which caused two models to trip and the rest to hobble and wobble their
way around a catwalk which snaked past a series of circular wooden
bleachers where the audience perched.
Milan Fashion Week Spring 2009 is providing us with some more interesting shoes.
Shoes are contemporary jewelry, designer Donatella Versace once said, and in recent years they have become an integral part of a designer’s fashion statement.
While Salvatore Ferragamo invented the wedge, it was Dolce & Gabbana that did the most with the form this season. But Fendi, Marni, Moschino and Frankie Morello were nipping at their heels.
It has long been reckoned that blondes have more fun - but now they are thought to be more confident and amorous too.
Scientists claim their research shows that bleaching hair does wonders for a woman's self-image.
They feel more attractive, more likely to ask someone out on a date and become more adventurous in the bedroom.
Fun-loving
blondes: Actress Scarlett Johansson and Girls Aloud's Sarah Harding
have lighter hair which is said to boost confidence
This
increased confidence does not just affect a woman's love life. They
find it easier to summon the courage to approach their boss and ask for
a pay rise after colouring their hair blonde.
Bottle
blondes are also more likely to complain at unfair treatment and more
inclined to put their foot down with friends and relatives, according
to the study into the effects of hair dyeing on mood.
The
research could help explain the success and allure of stars from
Marilyn Monroe and Lana Turner to Jessica Simpson and Kim Cattrall.
While lighter locks lifted mood the most, other changes of hair colour also gave women a boost.
Mark Sergeant, who carried out the research at Nottingham Trent University, asked more than 200 women how they felt before and after dyeing their hair.
The original platinum blonde: Actress Marilyn Monroe began life as brunette. The research found those who dye their hair are more likely to sing and dance in front of an audience
Dr
Sergeant, who admits to dyeing his brown hair a range of colours
including, in his youth, blue, said: 'Colouring your hair may seem like
an art to most people, but there is actually a lot of science behind
it. The changes we noted in the study in participants' behaviour and
psychology were significant.
'Not only were their
confidence and mood levels elevated but also their inhibitions seemed
to be mitigated with many reporting feeling more attractive and
sexually exciting.
'Across the board participants viewed colouring their hair as something that raised their confidence.
'They were prepared to ask for things they wouldn't normally be confident enough to ask for, such as pay rises or time off.'
The
younger women taking part in the study, which was funded by shampoo and
hair dye company Clairol, tended to colour their hair to get noticed or
to reinvent themselves ahead of a big event.
Older women said the covering up of grey hair and signs of ageing boosted their confidence.
Almost
80 per cent of those polled said they would choose to go blonde over
any other colour. Black was the least popular colour.
Dr
Sergeant now plans to compare the attitudes of natural blondes with
bottle blondes and to investigate whether men are similarly affected by
a change of hair colour.
But, while blondes may have more fun, they are less successful than brunettes in work, according to other research.
A survey of 3,000 women revealed that, on average, brunettes earn £4,250 a year more than blondes.
Brunettes
are also more likely to marry a millionaire, with research showing that
around two thirds of the world's richest men have a brown-haired
partner.
The good news for redheads is that they apparently have the best sex lives.
A study of hundreds of German women found those with red hair had more partners and had sex more often.

We’ve all seen the new Fall Palettes. They’re full of super dark,
seductive colors, which look stunning on models and celebrities but can
the average Beauty Maven pull the look off? Here are some tips to
getting the dark, vampy lip look without looking like Marilyn Manson.
Add shine to update the look from the dark, matte lips
of the 90’s. Define your lips with a deep black cherry shade like
Wicked Lovely Lip Pencil in Tempt. Loosely line your lips and fill them
in with the pencil to create a long lasting base color. Top it with a
sheer black cherry glossy shade like Wicked Lovely Lip Gloss in Sultry
to complete the whole lip look nicely. Finish with bronzer on your cheeks - the last thing you want with dark lips is pale skin. Try YSL Rouge Pur Lipstick in Purple Velvet and Dior Creme de Gloss in Delicious Plum for a more wine stained look.
If you’re more adventurous try going super goth-glam with a black lip. A good way to try on the trend is with a lower-pigment black lipgloss, such as Lancome’s Color Fever Gloss in Piha Black, which will be debuting in November. Part of the luxe lip set is Color Fever Lipstick in Piha Red, inspired by the red of a Christian Louboutin sole. Mix the two colors together for a dark, sultry look.
What do you think? Hot new look for the fall or should we keep it on the runway where it belongs?
NEW YORK -- If you think the easy, loose styles that have dominated New York Fashion Week mean a return to comfort, don't hold your breath: The corset is back.
The cinched-waist style proved a staple among designers on Tuesday, offsetting the draped, beachy look so popular on the runways this week.
Monique Lhuillier paired the structured corset with sheer tulle overlays, while other designers went for more Pussycat Doll-like black leather or something more sophisticated under a suit jacket.
Corsets were also shown by Betsey Johnson, Peter Som, Luca Luca, Proenza Schouler, Isaac Mizrahi and the ever-constricting Herve Leger. New York Fashion Week runs through Friday, with more than 100 runway shows over eight days.
BETSEY JOHNSON
Betsey Johnson is a never-say-never designer. Don't tell her she can't put giant hoop skirts on the catwalk or wear a Peter Pan get-up on the runway. And certainly don't tell her she can't let the models crack a smile.
Johnson is the rare designer who puts the emphasis on the show, not the fashion, yet the Neverland-themed spring collection had some adorable styles once you peeled away the theatrics.
She wouldn't want you to do that, though. Then you'd miss the jokester pirate who mingled with models or her signature finale cartwheel.
On the runway, it was hard to distinguish costumes from what would pop up in stores, but some of the Little Bo Peep dresses would make great sundresses if you took the hoops out.
HALSTON
Halston's 1970s-inspired dresses certainly fit in with the unfussy glamour popular at New York Fashion Week. The models lounging on couches at the Museum of Modern Art looked as if they could hit Studio 54 and be the most chic there.
There was a sexy one-shoulder orange gown with a bare back and attached scarf and another one-shoulder gown that looked as if the azure-blue fabric was draped so perfectly it seemed seamless.
The problem is, Studio 54 is a retro icon - that's now out of business. The legendary label must determine what's next.
DEREK LAM
There's a reason Derek Lam gets the fashion crowd to trek across Manhattan in the rain: His clothes are worth it.
Few have done casual elegance with such a chic and refined touch as Lam. The first looks on the catwalk, including an easy nude-colored jersey tunic with a self-tie belt over cropped jersey pants and a georgette jumpsuit in the same sexy color, set the tone.
Lam wasn't completely without misses, though, including his version of the must-have genie pant.
Max Azria brought a beautiful, casual elegance to the runway again on Tuesday with soft colors and draping fabric, a look similar to the one he presented at for BCBG.
The spring/summer collection included several flirty - but sophisticated - dresses in an array of styles: halter, shift, one shoulder, mini, sweater dress. Almost all of them had a drapey, soft feeling of freedom to them.
He used soft blues, grays and light browns for a feeling of romance, and the clothes were free from a lot of texture and embellishments for a simple look.
If ever there was a star and a product destined to meet, this is it. Marilyn Manson’s ex and well-known burlesque model, Dita von Teese, has signed on to be the face and body of the Wonderbra brand.
She’ll launch her own line of bras with the company in September. The new range will feature some new design features, including quick-release clasps to make the bras easier to remove than traditional models.

Laurence Fishburne and wife Gina Torres were a lovely couple on the red carpet. However, I do believe the make-up artist, who did a lovely job, was confused as to who was the Mr and who was the Mrs. Fishburne had on an extraordinary amount of make-up for any man who is not a drag queen and Torres' minimal make-up only gave reason for her leaf print dress to stand out.
Vanessa Williams' shocking black liner was a fierce offset to her pale, pink face. Unfortunately, too much botox was had for this fashionista, so instead of looking fresh, Ms, Williams appeared frozen.
Anne has prepared herself but finds that her execution has again been delayed.
